69% of ODA-backed projects found to be behind schedule

NEARLY SEVEN in 10 ongoing official development assistance (ODA)-funded projects assessed by the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev) were behind schedule as of the end of 2025, with right-of-way, procurement and funding issues cited as the leading causes of delayed implementation.
