Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company of Manila, Inc. (AG&P Industrial) has broken ground on an 85-hectare module fabrication yard in San Pascual, Batangas, BusinessWorld reported. The facility is expected to begin operations in the fourth quarter of 2027.

The yard will have an annual fabrication capacity of 80,000 metric tons, serving AG&P Industrial's engineering and infrastructure projects. The company specializes in modular construction for energy, industrial, and other sectors, and the new site aims to expand its production footprint in the Philippines.

The Batangas yard is part of AG&P Industrial's long-term growth strategy, positioning the company to meet rising demand for prefabricated modules in large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects.
