Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is deepening its push into workplace financial wellness after Pretiolas Philippines Inc., the local operator of Auntie Anne’s, adopted the bank’s Salary On-Demand service for more than 500 employees, according to Philstar Biz.

The wage-access solution allows Auntie Anne’s staff to withdraw a portion of their earned wages before the regular payday, a benefit that can help reduce financial stress and improve employee retention. Pretiolas Philippines said the partnership aligns with its goal of supporting workforce well-being while streamlining payroll processes.

BPI’s Salary On-Demand is part of a broader suite of corporate banking services aimed at digitizing salary disbursement and providing employees with greater financial flexibility. The bank has been actively marketing the product to mid-sized and large employers in the Philippines as a tool for talent attraction and retention.
