Ayala Land, Inc.’s hospitality unit is set to reopen the Mandarin Oriental Manila in December, adding a luxury hotel property to Makati’s central business district, according to a report by BusinessWorld.

The reopening comes as tourism and business travel demand continue to recover in the Philippines. The hotel, located in the heart of Makati’s central business district, will cater to both leisure and corporate travelers seeking premium accommodations.

Mandarin Oriental Manila is one of the flagship properties under Ayala Land’s hospitality portfolio, which includes other hotels and resorts across the country. The reopening aligns with the company’s strategy to expand its presence in the upscale hospitality segment.
