BDO Pay, the digital wallet of BDO Unibank, has launched a promotion offering zero-fee transactions for several everyday payment services, including money transfers, bills payment, and mobile load purchases, as reported by YugaTech. The promotion aims to encourage more users to adopt cashless payments.
Under the promo, BDO Pay users can send money to other BDO accounts and wallets, pay bills, and purchase mobile load without any service fees. QR payments at partner merchants are also free during the promotion period. The offer is available to both iOS and Android users via the BDO Pay app.
The zero-fee initiative comes as competition among digital payment platforms in the Philippines intensifies. BDO Pay, backed by the country's largest bank, seeks to attract users looking for cost-saving options in their daily transactions.
