The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has published an updated list of banks and financial institutions offering free or conditionally free InstaPay and PESONet fund transfers for individual clients, based on disclosures as of July 17, 2026, according to TechPinas. The list covers universal and commercial banks, thrift banks, rural banks, digital banks, and electronic money issuers.
While most institutions on the list have completely waived fees, some apply conditions such as transaction allowances, value-based tiers, promotional deadlines, or charges after a free-transfer limit is reached. The updated roster includes major Philippine banks, digital banks, and other BSP-supervised financial institutions that have committed to zero-peso interbank transfers.
Choosing an account with free InstaPay or PESONet transfers can help Filipino consumers, freelancers, and businesses avoid accumulating fees from multiple transactions. Even small charges of PHP 5 to PHP 25 per transfer can add up, making the expanded availability of zero-fee electronic fund transfers a meaningful benefit for everyday banking.
