Clark International Airport Corp. (CIAC) has signed a 25-year lease agreement with Heatcon Asia, Inc., a composite repair equipment supplier, to establish a manufacturing, material distribution, and in-shop composite repair facility within the Clark Civil Aviation Complex, as reported by BusinessWorld.

The facility is expected to support the growing demand for composite repair services in the aviation sector, positioning Clark as a key hub for aerospace maintenance and manufacturing. CIAC officials said the investment underscores the airport's role in the Philippines' aviation industry expansion.

The deal aligns with Clark's strategy to attract more aerospace and logistics investments, leveraging its freeport status and proximity to Metro Manila. Heatcon Asia will bring specialized equipment and expertise to support both local and international airline clients, reinforcing Clark's competitive edge in the region.
