Converge ICT Solutions, Inc. recorded the country's lowest average fixed broadband latency and an 84% decline in customer complaints in the second quarter, according to the Department of Information and Communications Technology's (DICT) Oplan Bantay Signal report, as reported by BusinessWorld.
The DICT's monitoring showed Converge achieved an average latency of five milliseconds (ms) for the April-to-June period, the fastest among fixed broadband providers. The substantial reduction in complaints also points to improved service quality and responsiveness, according to the report.
The latest figures reflect Converge's continued investment in its fiber network and customer support systems. With the government's ongoing monitoring of internet service quality, the company's performance in the second quarter highlights its efforts to address consumer concerns and enhance broadband reliability nationwide.
