NEW COAST LEISURE, Inc. and Total Gamezone Xtreme, Inc., a unit of DigiPlus Interactive Corp., have signed a cooperation agreement covering online gaming operations for LaVie Resort & Casino Manila, expanding DigiPlus’ footprint in the digital gaming segment, according to a stock exchange filing reported by BusinessWorld.
DigiPlus said in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday that the agreement covers a nonexclusive arrangement for online gaming operations at the LaVie Resort & Casino Manila property. The partnership allows Total Gamezone Xtreme to provide digital gaming services under a nonexclusive framework, strengthening DigiPlus’ position in the Philippine online gaming market.
The deal marks another step in DigiPlus Interactive Corp.’s strategy to grow its digital gaming business through partnerships with established hospitality and leisure operators. LaVie Resort & Casino Manila is expected to benefit from the expanded online gaming offerings as the industry continues to see increased demand for digital entertainment options.
