DMCI Project Developers, Inc. (DMCI-PDI), the real estate arm of DMCI Holdings, Inc., is entering the office development segment with One Fortis Plaza in Makati City. According to a report by BusinessWorld, the project is scheduled for completion in April 2028 and is aimed at meeting demand for sustainable, transit-oriented workspaces.

One Fortis Plaza will mark the company's first foray into office development, diversifying its portfolio beyond residential projects. The tower is designed to cater to businesses seeking environmentally friendly and accessible office spaces, with a location that supports public transit connectivity. DMCI-PDI said the project reflects its commitment to sustainable urban development.

The move comes as the Philippine office market continues its recovery, with demand for premium, sustainable offices on the rise. Industry analysts see DMCI-PDI's entry as a strategic expansion that leverages the parent group's construction expertise and land bank. One Fortis Plaza is expected to add to the supply of green-certified office spaces in Metro Manila.
