Mynt Inc., the parent company of leading mobile wallet GCash, is planning an initial public offering that could raise up to P92.3 billion, according to a report by Philstar Biz.
The IPO would be one of the largest in Philippine stock market history, signaling strong investor appetite for fintech companies in the country. Mynt, which also operates the Fuse Lending platform, has not yet disclosed the exact number of shares or the offer period.
GCash has over 80 million registered users and is a dominant player in the Philippine digital payments space. The IPO proceeds are expected to fund expansion of its financial services and technology capabilities.
