The government will release fiscal year 2024 performance-based bonuses to eligible employees within the year, Malacañang announced on Thursday, citing accelerated processing under a streamlined incentive system. The performance-based bonus system rewards government personnel who meet or exceed agency targets under the Results-Based Performance Management System.
