Higher borrowing costs threaten housing demand
HIGHER borrowing costs could weaken residential property demand following the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ (BSP) latest interest rate increase, although subsidized housing loans may offer some relief to eligible homebuyers, property consultants said.
