South Korean coffee chain TheVenti has signed a franchise deal to expand into the Philippines, according to a report by Retail News Asia. The agreement marks the brand's first foray into Southeast Asia.

The franchise partner, identified as a local Philippine firm, plans to open TheVenti outlets in key urban areas, starting with Metro Manila. The initial rollout is expected within the next year, with a goal of establishing a significant presence in the country's competitive coffee shop market.

TheVenti joins a wave of international coffee brands entering the Philippines, which has a growing coffee culture and a large young population. The Korean chain, known for its premium beverages and trendy store design, aims to differentiate itself through localized menu offerings and aggressive store expansion.
