The openings span two flagship malls, Siam Paragon and Siam Center, reflecting sustained demand for high-end fashion and lifestyle goods in Thailand’s capital.
The move underscores the resilience of the luxury segment in Southeast Asia, with global labels betting on experiential retail and prime foot traffic. Siam Piwat, one of Thailand’s leading retail developers, continues to attract top-tier international brands amid a broader recovery in tourism and domestic spending.
New additions include flagship stores for French and Italian fashion houses, as well as curated concept stores blending fashion, art, and dining. The expansion aligns with Siam Piwat’s strategy to position its properties as lifestyle destinations for both local shoppers and international visitors.
