Malaysia palm oil industry open to PHL oleochemical partnerships
KUALA LUMPUR — Malaysia is open to discussing potential oleochemical partnerships in the Philippines to coincide with the expansion of their coconut and palm oil industries, according to the Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC).
