According to a report by BusinessWorld, Metro Manila ranked second in Knight Frank's Prime Global Cities Index for the first quarter of 2026, with prime residential prices rising 19.9% year-on-year.

Santos Knight Frank said the performance reflects strong confidence in the luxury market, driven by demand from high-net-worth individuals and limited supply of high-end properties.

The index tracks price movements in the top segment of residential markets across major global cities. Manila's second-place finish highlights its growing appeal as a destination for luxury real estate investment.
