According to TechPinas, Maya has introduced a new feature called Mini Payments that allows Maya Black Credit Card and Landers Cashback Everywhere Credit Card holders to convert eligible posted transactions into manageable monthly installment plans directly within the Maya app.
Unlike traditional installment programs that require prior selection or merchant-specific promotions, Mini Payments lets cardholders decide after a purchase, offering greater flexibility. All steps—from application and approval to tracking payments—are handled in-app, eliminating paperwork.
To encourage adoption, Maya is waiving processing fees for Mini Payment plans created until September 30, 2026, making the feature attractive for large expenses such as travel, gadgets, and home upgrades. This aims to ease budget pressure from unexpected big-ticket purchases.
