Metro Pacific Health Corp. (MPH), the healthcare arm of Metro Pacific Investments Corp. (MPIC), has completed its investment in First United 23, Inc., the operator of two hospitals in Batangas, as reported by BusinessWorld. The transaction expands MPH’s nationwide network to 31 hospitals.

The deal marks MPH’s 19th and 20th provincial hospital partnerships and its first entry into Batangas. With this acquisition, MPH completes its presence in all regions of Luzon, strengthening its foothold in the Philippine healthcare sector.
