The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) has integrated its No Contact Apprehension Policy (NCAP) violation services into the eGovPH super app, according to a report by YugaTech. The move aims to give motorists a more convenient way to check and settle traffic violations online.
Through the eGovPH app, users can now access NCAP-related services without needing to visit MMDA offices. The service allows drivers to view their violation records, check photos or evidence captured by NCAP cameras, and pay fines directly through the app.
The integration is part of the government's broader push to digitize public services and reduce physical transactions. The MMDA expects the feature to streamline traffic enforcement and encourage timely settlement of violations.
