MPIC completes P12.4 billion Meralco deal
Manuel V. Pangilinan-led Metro Pacific Investments Corp. (MPIC) now owns nearly half of Manila Electric Co. (Meralco) after completing a P12.4-billion deal with Ramon Ang’s San Miguel Group.
