RCBC has announced that it will remove InstaPay transfer fees on its digital banking apps Pulz and DiskarTech effective July 4, 2026. The news was first reported by YugaTech.
The move is aimed at making digital transactions more affordable for users of RCBC's mobile banking platforms. InstaPay is a real-time electronic fund transfer service used by banks in the Philippines, and the elimination of fees is expected to encourage greater adoption of digital payments.
By removing InstaPay charges, RCBC joins other banks in the country that have been reducing or eliminating transfer fees to boost financial inclusion and compete in the increasingly crowded digital banking space.
