Gokongwei-led real estate developer Robinsons Land Corp. (RLC) has launched its first and largest flexible workspace center in Western Visayas, according to a report by Philstar Biz.
The new facility is designed to support regional operations, satellite teams, and project offices, as well as provide interim workspaces for businesses preparing to transition to permanent sites. It marks RLC's expansion into the growing flexible workspace market outside Metro Manila.
The move aligns with the increasing demand for agile office solutions in the Visayas region, as more companies adopt hybrid work models and seek cost-effective alternatives to traditional leases. RLC's entry underscores the potential for flexible workspaces in provincial business hubs.
