The collaboration aims to simplify the property search and transaction process for OFWs through Bahaideals.com’s online platform, which offers virtual tours, financing assistance, and direct developer connections. RLC Residences will feature its projects on the site, allowing overseas buyers to browse and reserve units remotely.
This initiative addresses the growing demand for affordable housing among OFWs, who often face challenges in purchasing property while abroad due to distance and lack of reliable information. The partnership is expected to streamline the home-buying experience and expand RLC Residences’ reach to a key demographic.
