According to YugaTech, Samsung has unveiled Health Assistant, described as the “first fully integrated AI-powered personal health assistant.” The new feature combines data from Samsung Health, wearables, and third-party apps to provide personalized health insights and recommendations.
Health Assistant uses artificial intelligence to analyze user activity, sleep patterns, heart rate, and stress levels. It offers tailored suggestions for exercise, diet, and mindfulness, aiming to help users achieve their wellness goals. The assistant is designed to learn from user behavior over time, improving its recommendations.
The feature will roll out globally starting with compatible Samsung Galaxy devices. Samsung plans to integrate Health Assistant deeper into its ecosystem, including smart home appliances and future wearables, positioning it as a central hub for personal health management.
