Nine in 10 Philippine companies are counting on artificial intelligence to drive growth, according to a survey by Alibaba Cloud reported by Manila Bulletin.
The survey highlights a growing appetite for AI adoption among Filipino businesses, with many planning to deploy AI-powered tools for customer service, data analytics, and supply chain optimization. Alibaba Cloud, the cloud computing arm of Alibaba Group, said the results reflect the increasing digital transformation momentum in the Southeast Asian market.
The findings come as cloud service providers expand their presence in the Philippines, responding to rising demand for AI and cloud infrastructure. For local firms, the shift toward AI is seen as essential to improve efficiency and meet evolving customer expectations in a competitive business environment.
