LUZON International Premiere Airport Development Corp. (LIPAD), the operator of Clark International Airport, is planning a 759-hectare aviation, logistics, and business hub, according to BusinessWorld.

The proposed Clark AeroDistrict will include facilities for aviation maintenance, cargo handling, logistics, and commercial developments. The company aims to transform the airport into a broader economic gateway beyond passenger travel.

LIPAD expects to complete the master plan by the end of the year. The development aligns with the government's push to decongest Metro Manila and position Clark as a major logistics and aviation hub in Luzon.
