Listed property developer Arthaland Corp. is expanding its sustainable residential portfolio, announcing the groundbreaking of Sondris in Makati City and the structural topping-off of Una Apartments Tower 2 in Biñan, Laguna, BusinessWorld reported.
The company said it aims to complete Sondris, a high-rise residential project, by April 2030, while Una Apartments Tower 2 is expected to be delivered by December 2028. Both projects are part of Arthaland's commitment to green building practices and sustainable urban living.
The development aligns with the company's long-term strategy to expand its footprint in key growth areas, focusing on environmentally responsible design and construction.
