Asia United Bank (AUB) has announced that it will waive fees for InstaPay and PESONet transfers starting July 20, 2026, according to a report by YugaTech. The zero-fee service applies to local fund transfers made through the bank's digital channels.
InstaPay and PESONet are automated clearing house systems in the Philippines that enable real-time or same-day fund transfers between banks. AUB's move to eliminate transfer fees is expected to benefit its customers by reducing the cost of sending money electronically.
The waiver comes as digital transactions continue to grow in the country, with more banks offering fee-free transfers to attract and retain customers. AUB has not specified whether the zero fees will be permanent or for a limited period.
