The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has published an updated list of banks and financial institutions offering free or conditionally free InstaPay and PESONet transfers for individual clients, based on disclosures as of July 17, 2026. According to TechPinas, the roster covers universal and commercial banks, thrift banks, rural banks, digital banks, and electronic money issuers.
Most institutions on the list have completely waived fees, while others impose conditions such as transaction allowances, value-based tiers, promotional deadlines, or charges after a free-transfer limit. For customers who frequently move money between accounts, send allowances, receive freelance payments, or pay suppliers, these charges can add up quickly, making the choice of bank a meaningful factor in reducing recurring costs.
InstaPay and PESONet are electronic fund transfer services operated by the Philippine payment system, enabling real-time or batch interbank transfers. The updated BSP list helps Filipinos identify which providers offer zero-fee transactions, potentially leading to significant savings for individuals, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and families using digital banking platforms.
