The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has published an updated list of supervised financial institutions offering free or conditionally free InstaPay and PESONet fund transfers to individual clients, based on disclosures extracted on July 17, 2026. According to TechPinas, the list covers universal and commercial banks, thrift banks, rural banks, digital banks, and electronic money issuers.

Most institutions on the list have completely waived their transfer fees, while selected providers impose conditions such as transaction allowances, value-based tiers, promotional deadlines, or charges after a free-transfer limit is reached. Filipinos who frequently move money between accounts, send allowances, or receive freelance payments can avoid recurring fees by choosing accounts with free interbank transfers.

Although individual transfer charges of PHP 5 to PHP 25 may seem small, they can accumulate quickly with multiple weekly transactions, making zero-fee options beneficial for consumers, freelancers, entrepreneurs, and families. The BSP's updated list helps customers identify which financial institutions offer free or conditionally free InstaPay and PESONet services, facilitating more affordable electronic fund transfers across the Philippine financial sector.
