According to Philstar Biz, low-cost carrier Cebu Pacific will introduce high-speed internet on flights via Starlink by 2027.

This move positions Cebu Pacific as a pioneer in in-flight connectivity among Southeast Asian low-cost carriers. The service aims to enhance passenger experience and could give the airline a competitive edge in the region.

Starlink, a satellite internet constellation operated by SpaceX, will provide the necessary bandwidth. Cebu Pacific expects to complete installation on its fleet by 2027, with a phased rollout starting earlier.
