Fiber broadband and technology solutions provider Converge ICT Solutions has partnered with the Information Technology and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP) to support workforce upskilling and artificial intelligence (AI) readiness in the IT-BPM sector, BusinessWorld reported.
The partnership follows Converge’s membership in IBPAP, an industry association representing the Philippine IT-BPM industry. The initiative aims to equip the sector’s workforce with skills needed to leverage AI technologies, enhancing competitiveness and operational efficiency.
By collaborating on training programs and knowledge sharing, Converge and IBPAP seek to address talent gaps and prepare the industry for the growing adoption of AI-driven solutions. The move aligns with broader efforts to position the Philippines as a global hub for digital and AI-enabled services.
