DMCI Holdings, Inc.’s property unit DMCI Homes is targeting February 2027 for the launch of Solmera Beach Park Resort within its Solmera Coast estate in Batangas, BusinessWorld reported.
The resort is part of DMCI Homes’ strategy to tap the leisure tourism market and the growing demand for corporate and social events. The company said its immediate priority is to establish the right operating systems and staff for the property.
Solmera Coast is a large-scale residential and resort development by DMCI Homes in Batangas, a province south of Manila known for its beaches and proximity to the capital. The beach resort is expected to cater to both local tourists and event organizers.
