DoST Secretary Renato U. Solidum Jr. said smart agriculture is not limited to large agricultural lands and can also be implemented in urban areas.
According to a report by BusinessWorld, the agency is pushing for the adoption of these technologies as part of efforts to improve the resilience of the capital region's food supply. The initiative is expected to support urban households and communities in producing their own food.
