Federal Land, Inc., the property development arm of GT Capital Holdings, Inc., has shifted four residential developments within its Metropolitan Park complex in Pasay City to 100% renewable energy (RE) under a multi-year supply agreement with ACEN Renewable Energy Solutions (ACEN RES), the retail electricity unit of ACEN Corp., as reported by BusinessWorld.

The agreement covers the ready-for-occupancy Six Senses Residences and other unnamed projects within the 18-hectare mixed-use development. ACEN RES will supply electricity generated from renewable sources, aligning with Federal Land's sustainability goals.

This move is part of Federal Land's broader commitment to reduce its carbon footprint and promote environmentally responsible development. Metropolitan Park is a major urban hub in Pasay City, and the transition to renewables is expected to significantly cut greenhouse gas emissions from the residential projects.
