Hiraya Water, the former Primewater Infrastructure Corp., has invested P600 million in rehabilitating its water distribution system in Dasmariñas, Cavite, according to Philstar Biz.
The project aims to upgrade aging pipelines and improve water service reliability for thousands of households and businesses in the growing municipality. The company said the investment covers the replacement of old pipes, installation of new valves, and enhancement of water pressure management systems.
The rehabilitation is expected to reduce non-revenue water and support the local government's development plans. Hiraya Water serves over 100,000 connections in Cavite and is part of a broader push to modernize water infrastructure in the province.
