International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI), controlled by billionaire Enrique Razon Jr., has acquired 100% of a Brazilian company offering general and bonded warehousing and multimodal logistics services, according to a report by Philstar Biz .
The acquisition marks ICTSI's latest move to strengthen its presence in Brazil's logistics sector. The target company provides general and bonded warehousing as well as multimodal logistics services, complementing ICTSI's existing port operations in the region.
This expansion aligns with ICTSI's strategy to diversify its logistics footprint beyond port terminal operations. The deal is expected to enhance the company's end-to-end supply chain capabilities in one of Latin America's largest economies.
