Industry Shared Services Centre registered as PEZA IT enterprise

The Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) has signed a registration agreement with Industry Shared Services Centre, Inc., certifying it as a new information technology (IT) enterprise, as reported by BusinessWorld.

Under the agreement, the company will establish and operate its registered IT enterprise at McArthur Highway, Matina IT Park, Davao City, Davao del Sur. The registration is part of PEZA's efforts to attract IT investments and create employment opportunities in the region.

Industry Shared Services Centre's designation as a PEZA-registered enterprise grants it fiscal and non-fiscal incentives, including income tax holidays and duty-free importation of equipment. The development underscores the growing IT sector in Mindanao and the government's push to decentralize economic growth outside Metro Manila.
