Megawide Construction Corp. said its real estate arm PH1 World Developers, Inc. has topped off Tower 1 of Avesta Residences in Cavite, marking a key construction milestone as it expands participation in the government's Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program. The company announced the structural completion in a statement, saying the tower reached its full height less than 10 months after construction began.

The 4PH Program is a national housing initiative aimed at addressing the country's housing backlog. Megawide's involvement includes developing Avesta Residences, a mid-rise housing project, as part of the program's public-private partnership model. The milestone is seen as a step toward delivering affordable housing units to Filipino families.

BusinessWorld reported that the completion of the structural framework paves the way for finishing works and eventual turnover. Megawide said it remains committed to helping the government reduce the housing deficit through timely delivery of quality homes. The project also underscores the contractor's diversification beyond its core construction business.
