Megaworld Corp. has recorded P28 billion in sales from the complete sell-out of its residential villages across Metro Manila and key provincial locations, Philstar Biz reported.
The strong sales performance underscores sustained demand for Megaworld’s master-planned communities, which offer integrated residential, commercial, and leisure amenities. The company’s projects in townships such as McKinley Hill, Newport City, and Iloilo Business Park have been key drivers of its revenue.
Megaworld remains one of the Philippines’ largest property developers, with a portfolio spanning residential, office, hotel, and retail segments. The P28-billion sales figure reflects the group’s ability to capture market demand in both Metro Manila and emerging provincial hubs.
