Megaworld Corp. has partnered with Thailand-based mobility technology startup ViaBus to launch an artificial intelligence-powered real-time transit tracking application for its Citylink shuttle service. The company announced the rollout as part of its push to expand digital mobility initiatives across its integrated townships, BusinessWorld reported.
The new application allows commuters to monitor vehicle locations in real time, helping them plan trips and reduce waiting time at shuttle stops. It also provides route information and estimated arrival times, with the AI component enabling more accurate predictions based on traffic and ridership patterns.
The partnership with ViaBus marks a further step for Megaworld in integrating technology into its township ecosystem, which spans residential, office, commercial, and leisure developments. By digitizing its shuttle operations, the property developer aims to improve the commuting experience for residents and office workers across its communities.
