PHINMA Education Holdings, Inc. is pursuing satellite campuses in areas where it already has a presence while continuing to acquire schools in new markets, its chairman said. The strategy aims to expand access to higher education without the need for large-scale infrastructure investments, as reported by BusinessWorld.

PHINMA Corp. Chairman and CEO Ramon R. del Rosario, Jr., who also chairs PEHI, said the company recently moved to strengthen its network through satellite campuses that offer specific programs or serve as extension sites of existing schools. This allows PHINMA to reach more students in underserved areas while optimizing operational costs.

The expansion strategy reflects PHINMA Education’s commitment to making quality tertiary education more accessible to Filipino students, particularly in provincial areas. By combining satellite campuses with targeted acquisitions, the company expects to sustain its growth trajectory and contribute to the country’s human capital development.
