Robinsons Hotels and Resorts (RHR), the hospitality arm of the Gokongwei family’s Robinsons Land Corp., has partnered with Duty Free Philippines to support tourism growth, as reported by Philstar Biz.
The collaboration aims to attract more travelers by offering exclusive perks and promotions to Duty Free Philippines shoppers, encouraging longer stays and higher spending. RHR operates several hotels across the country, including iconic properties like the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria and Holiday Inn & Suites Makati.
This initiative aligns with the government’s efforts to revive the tourism sector post-pandemic by leveraging public-private partnerships. Duty Free Philippines, operated by the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA), serves as a key channel for international travelers to access duty-free goods, complementing RHR’s hospitality services.
