Arthaland Corp. is targeting four international and local green building certifications for its latest premium residential project, Sondris, developed through a strategic joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Pte. Ltd., BusinessWorld reported.
The 41-storey vertical residential development project, located along Arnaiz Avenue and Benavides Street in Legazpi Village, Makati, will house a total of 252 units. The company aims to obtain certifications such as LEED, BERDE, EDGE, and WELL for the building.
The project underscores Arthaland's commitment to sustainable development, aligning with its portfolio of eco-friendly properties. The joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan, a Japanese real estate developer, brings additional expertise to the premium segment.
