Working spaces company AXON Group has secured a long-term lease with BusinessWorld reported, taking over the building formerly known as Teleperformance Center Ayala from Ayala Land Offices (ALO), the office unit of Ayala Land, Inc. The deal reflects continued confidence in the Makati office market.
The property will support AXON Group’s operational needs, with the company noting that beyond location, organizations are seeking environments that enable speed, flexibility, collaboration, and long-term efficiency.
