DMCI Homes has completed the turnover of the North Tower of The Oriana in Quezon City, marking progress in its transit-oriented residential strategy near key rail corridors. The project is located along Aurora Boulevard between Katipunan Avenue and Cubao, placing residents near the LRT-2 line via Anonas and Katipunan stations, BusinessWorld reported.
The North Tower offers one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 24 to 74 square meters, with amenities such as a swimming pool, function room, and landscaped gardens. The development targets commuters and urban professionals seeking convenient access to public transportation.
This turnover follows DMCI Homes’ broader strategy of building residential towers near transit hubs, with other projects like The Radiance and The Atherton also located along major rail lines in Metro Manila. The company continues to expand its portfolio of transit-oriented developments to address urban housing demand.
