Globe Chief Commercial Officer Darius Jose R. Delgado said in a media statement that the partnership marks an important step in strengthening the company’s international voice business for the future. The collaboration aims to leverage artificial intelligence to detect and prevent voice-related fraud, such as spam calls and phishing attempts, enhancing security for both local and international calls.
The deployment of AI-powered voice security is part of Globe’s broader strategy to modernize its network infrastructure and improve customer trust. e& C&WS brings expertise in wholesale voice solutions, and the partnership is expected to provide Globe with advanced analytics and real-time threat detection capabilities.
