The fee waiver applies to payments made through the bank's online channels for government services such as tax payments, permits, and other fees. Customers will no longer pay the usual convenience charge typically added to digital transactions.
Landbank's initiative is expected to reduce the cost burden on citizens and encourage greater use of digital payment systems for government transactions. The policy is effective until the end of 2026.
