Lenovo is building an Intelligent Command Center (ICC) for the FIFA World Cup 2026, providing a centralized real-time operations platform that unifies data from multiple systems. The ICC will give FIFA a complete live picture of tournament activities across 16 host cities and three countries, covering 104 matches involving 48 national teams.
Designed for FIFA executives and tournament operations teams, the platform enables everyone to work from the same information, helping coordinate responses, identify potential issues earlier, and make informed decisions more quickly. This aims to streamline the management of what is expected to be the most expansive World Cup in history.
Beyond live monitoring, the ICC supports collaboration, match preparation, scenario planning, and post-event analysis. By integrating operational data into a single platform, Lenovo aims to create a more connected and efficient way for FIFA to oversee the massive event, which spans three countries.
